Taking photos of the night sky or sun can be an amazing experience. But where can you share the photos you have taken? Thankfully we have the solution for you and other astrophotographers you know.
At Astronomers Hub we have created an astrophotography image hosting service that also serves as a public gallery for your photo albums. Astronomers can create albums and then share them or share individual photo pages. You can upload your images to one space and share them to all your social media accounts quickly and easily.
Registration is fast, you can get started by signing up and creating a photo album for your images.
Using Astrophotography Albums
An album is a collection of images. You arrange the images in albums for people to browse them. You can create an album for each object you are imaging or a gallery for the images you took on a night or image session. You can choose what you call your albums.
EXIF Data is Saved
When you upload an image we will automatically import the EXIF data from your image so it can be seen on the image page in your album. This information includes the camera used and other information about the image. The EXIF data is created by your camera when you take the photo.
Share Your Image or Albums
You can share any image you upload or you can share the album. This is great to share a URL to all your social media accounts.
